- 50% due at time of booking if more than 45 days before arrival
The final payment of 50% is due 30 days before
arrival. Bookings made within 35 days of arrival require payment in
full 5 days after booking. Cancellations made more than 60
days prior to your scheduled arrival will be
refunded less a $250 cancellation fee. For cancellations received
from 45 days to the day of scheduled arrival, no refund is possible
unless we can rent the property for the booking dates.
Key West requires a 28-day minimal rental period. You will be
required to sign a 28-day lease.
