- PLEASE ASK FOR LONG TERM RATES .... Over a month £400-£500 a week ... Over 2 months £350-£450 a week.
- I will require a returnable breakage / cleaning deposit of £500. This can be paid by credit card, cheque, wire transfer or paypal. The deposit will need to be paid prior to departure.
Obviously some accidents are unavoidable, so use of the deposit is very infrequent. If you have small children with you I would appreciate it if you could bring mattress protectors with you. This is one area in which I will have to use deposit money for the specialist cleaning if accidents occur - We have arranged discount with Stoutes Car Rental. You can assume you can reduce the on-line price by up to 28% ( Depending on season - Min 15% ). My name should be mentioned when renting. Also, if you need a 2nd house then I can arrange for the house next door to be available as well.
