The balance or full payment must be received 4 weeks prior to your reservation date. The refundable $100 security deposit will be returned by mail the following business day, if there are no damages to the property.
Cancellation refunds may not be made within two weeks of your arrival date, if the property can not be rerented.
Drop ins or short notice occupancies are welcome but email or call ahead first to ensure vacancy is available.

We can clean the home for an additional $100 fee. All linens will be washed prior to your arrival and will be cleaned after your departure. We will wash the linens during your stay if requested.
