Sunday-Thursday: Dec., Jan. and Feb.: Special: $995.00 (check out at 11:00a.m. Thursday) (Except holiday weeks)
50% of rental fee is due at the time of booking.
$500.00 security deposit and the remainder 50% of rental fee is due 30 prior to check in.
$75.00 cleaning/laundry fee.
