Carrabassett Valley Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Available for summer rental...Nightly, weekly and monthly rates available.
Holiday rates for 2012-2013 season: X-mas week, New Years, February week and Martin Luther King weekend: $475.00 per night or weekend night.
Sun.-Thursday Special: $995.00 + fees. Offer good for Dec. and Jan.
50% of rental fee is due at the time of booking.
$500.00 fully refundable security deposit and the remainder 50% of rental is due 30 days prior to check in.
$100.00 cleaning/laundry fee.
Must be 25 to rent this property.
Ask about early check in times.
Want to ski all day on your check-out day but have to be out by 10:00a.m.???? We offer a late check out rate to stay until 5p.m. (Offer good only if no one else is checking in.)
