- Holiday Rates: Christmas/New Years and February vacation rates- $375.00 per night
Martin Luther King weekend: $375.00 per night (3 night minimum).
Sunday-Thursday Special: $925.00 Jan.and Feb.(Excludes vacation and holiday weeks.)
50% of rental fee is due at the time of booking
$500.00 security deposit with the remainder 50% of rental fee is due 30 days prior to check in.
7% Maine Sales Tax is required by the State of Maine
