Rate for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays, weekly $1400, weekend night $250.00 weekday night, $200.00 - No reservation is confirmed until a 50% deposit is received.
Additional charges may apply if pool keys are lost. ( $75.00)
Additional charges will apply for late checkouts. ($100.00) unless arrangements are made and agreed by ownner.
Cleaning fee from $60.00 to $75.00 depending number of guests in unit.
Additional charges will apply if garbage is not disposed off in dumpsters outside. ( $25.00)
Additional charges will apply if dishes etc. are left undone. ($25.00)
