Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rent 6 nights, the 7th night is FREE - One-Time Cleaning Fee of $100.
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day...$300/night (3 night minimum).
First night's rent must be received within 5 days of reservation.
Balance must be received within 21 days of stay for entry access code.
Cancellation Policy** Cancellations must be made three weeks in advance of reservation to receive a refund!!
