Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A 40% non refundable deposit is payable on booking the property and the other 60% eight weeks before arrival.
A Security deposit is required as follows:
For a booking of 1 - 4 people - a security deposit of GB£500.00 is required.
For a booking of 5 - 8 people - a security deposit of GB£1000.00 is required.
The applicable security deposit to be paid with the balance due eight weeks before arrival.
This will be returned once the property has been inspected by the House Manager at the end of your stay.
At the discretion of the House Manager, a charge may be made for the following: extra cleaning time required for washing up or cleaning the cooker/oven or BBQ.
A charge will always be made for the following: any items removed from the property, damage to the property or items within the property, any telephone charges. - Cleaning arrangements and charges are as follows:
The house will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.
For all rentals:
An on departure final clean is included in your rental fee.
Rentals of 2 weeks plus:
The House Manager will arrange a convenient time to do a mid rental clean. The charge for this is included in your rental fee.
We insist this is done to ensure that the house is kept in tip top condition for all our renters.
If a mid rental change of bedlinen is required, this can be arranged with the House Manager. A charge of
GB£75.00 will be deducted from your security deposit for this service.
A small heating charge will apply on all rentals during the period of 1st October-30th April.

- The whole villa was redecorated in Spring 2010 and new furniture was purchased for all rooms. The style is simple, uncluttered and relaxing. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. All the bedrooms are bright, fresh and simply furnished. There is ample hanging space in the wardrobes along with shelving and drawer space. The beds are very comfortable and all bedlinen is high quality Egyptian cotton. Devine....
