Bucerias Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Minimal Rental is One Week.
Rates are good for 2 to 6 guests including adults and children.
Weekly Rates (7 nights).
January 1st, 2012 through April 30, 2012 $750.00 per week.
May 1, 2012 through November 30, 2012 $600.00 per week.
Christmas, New Years and Ester sunday Week 2012.
$850.00 per week (7 nights) no discounts available
50% down with credit card, to guarantee a reservation. Major credit cards are processed through PayPal Services, it's safe and secure, plus we pay the transaction fee.
Balance of 50% one week before arrival, by credit card or cash on arrival.
$200.00 security deposit, paid cash on arrival and refundable on same day of check out after inventory is taken and nothing is missing or broken.
No cleanup fee but house must be reasonable clean, dishware and grill must be fully clean or
a $30.00 fee applies - Please note that most properties charge up to $500.00 security deposit and must be paid 30 days in advance and refunded two weeks after departure, plus up to $150.00 cleanup fee. This is a real savings for you!
House cleaning is not included in price. House keeping available for $300.00 pesos per visit (washing of dishes is not part of house keeping). No Cleanup fee on check out, (the house must be reasonable clean).
Only $200.00 is required for security deposit refunded on day of check out after inventory is taken.
There are no other fees or charges. We don't charge extra for Air Condition, but we do take electric meter reading.
Excessive usage of electricity fee applies.
