Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Weekly rentals $2200.00 US Dollars;
$375 per night for 2 nights
$350 per night for 3 nights.
$325 per night for four or more nights;
$500 security deposit (fully refundable within 10 days of departure)
Holiday and CU Graduation nightly and weekly rates vary slightly from those listed above.

- The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempurpedic mattress and a trundle bed (2 twins). Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a trundle bed (2 twins). Bedroom 4 is designed for kids with a bunk-bed including a double on the first level and a twin bed up top. There is a pull out sofa bed in the den. We can provide up to 2 pack and plays and one crib for infant sleeping as well.
