- A non refundable booking deposit of £100 or $170 per week is required when booking. The booking will be confirmed by e-mail or post with in 2 days of receipt of your deposit. Once booking is confirmed the deposit is non refundable but will be deducted from the full amount.
- The payment balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival if late booking then full amount is due on booking confirmation. Payment must be in sterling or US Dollars.
- Cancellation charges are as followed. 6-8 weeks prior to departure 50% of total booking. 4-6 wks 75% upto 4 wks 100%. The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date that we receive written notification.If you fail to make the payment balance with in the agreed time we shall be entitled to cancel the booking by written notice to yourself.

Bedroom 2 is fitted with a queen sized bed, side table and lamps, dresser unit and walk in closet with its own bathroom which includes bath and shower. This overlooks the front of the property.Both bedroom 3 and 4 have twin single beds, bed side table and lamps and double door closets with access to bathroom and shower facilities.There is a cot with bedding and a high chair provided.
