Bradenton House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly $1,800 to $2,200
- We normally schedule Saturday to Saturday, but please call us for exceptions. We offer multiple-week discounts, additional cleaning services if desired, and there is a one-time cleaning fee of $200 per reservation. The sales and resort tax rate is 11.5% based on the lodging rate. We also do not charge a Security Deposit as we are on the 'honor system', break something - then just let us know and we will work it out.
We have two options for making a reservation, the first is a payment plan where you would have a certain number of payments spread out between now and before when you would arrive a the vacation home. The second option is a one-time 'payment in full option', where you receive a discount off the total cost of the reservation, which can range from 5% to 10% depending on how far away the reservation is. We also accept credit and debit cards, personal checks, etc. Plus we can do multiple family billing as well - if that would make it easier for your group.
