Rates are subject to change. Reservation confirmation guarantees quoted rate - 50% of total rental amount due at booking. Reservation will be confirmed once payment is received.
If deposit payment is not received within 7 days of booking, dates will be released to other travelers.
50% balance (plus cleaning fee and damage deposit) due 45 days prior to check-in.
For Cornell/Ithaca College Graduation Weekends balance due 60 days prior to check in.
$300 refundable security/damage deposit required (refunded within 10 days after departure)
Full refund for cancellations 45 days prior to check-in, 60 days for Cornell/Ithaca College Graduations.
No refund will be issued for cancellations after the above stated days.
