Rates for 9 to 12 guests are $20 per night to a max $100 per guest for 7day stay.
Additional cleaning fee for 9 to 12 guests is $25 per guest per stay.
UPPER LEVEL - can be rented seperately, (sleeps 4, 2 baths, full kitchen, Patio) rates upon request.
LOWER LEVEL - has seperate entrance and would be seperated from upper level (sleeps 8, 2 baths, no full kitchen) is available all year and can be rented for up to a month, rates upon request. - Payment required; 50% upon booking, Balance due 45 days prior to check-in date.
Refund; 50% of base rate plus tax if cancelled 60 days prior to check in, 25% of base rate plus tax if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date.
No refunds will be given after full payment has been received and within 30 days of Check-in date.
Bookings with-in 45 days of check-in shall be paid in full at time of booking.
Electronic checks & credit card direct to owner preferred, credit card through HomeAway accepted.
