Stratton House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- SUNDAY-FRIDAY SPECIAL!! $650 total for 5 nights Sunday-Friday.
SNOWMOBILE ACCESS TRAILS BEHIND CAMP!!! - A $500.00 deposit is required for all rentals. This will be refunded 100% as long as no damage is done to property. Pets are negotiable and an additional fee will be assessed for approved pet rentals.
50% of total rental rate is due upon booking. Remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
A Contract and Rental Agreement and proof of identification is required for all rentals.
