Davenport House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Additional information about rental rates
A deposit of £100 or $150 per week is required to secure your booking with the balance due 10 weeks prior to your stay
Payment is accepted in US Dollars or British Pounds. Payment in any other currency can be agreed at the date of booking. 13% local tax is included.
A refundable security deposit of £200/$300 is required at the time payment in full which is due 10 weeks prior to your stay. Alternatively you can purchase rental insurance from us for a fee.
Pool heating is additional at $200 per week.
Cleaning is included in the price for all stays of 7 nights or more. Any stay less than 7 nights will attract a cleaning fee of $150
Payment is by US Check or Wire transfer or UK Cheque or Wire Transfer. If you would like to pay by credit card we accept PayPal with an additional charge of 3% of the total cost (this is what PayPal charge us)
Special rates are available for longer stays.
