Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- HOLIDAY RATES FOR 2012-2013: X-MAS WEEK, NEW YEARS, FEBRUARY VACATION WEEK AND MARTIN LUTHER KING WEEKEND: $500.00 PER NIGHT OR PER WEEKEND NIGHT.
Sunday-Thursday Special: $1225.00 Jan. and Feb.(Excludes vacation and holiday weeks.)
50% of rental fee is due at the time of booking
7% Maine Lodging Tax is required by the State of Maine
A $500.00 security deposit is due along with the remainder 50% of the rental fee 30 days prior to check in.
$100.00 cleaning/laundry fee.
Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
Ask about early check in and late check out times.
