Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 11% government tax will be added to all rentals.
Rates include airport greeting and escort to the villa, property manager on call to answer questions about the villa and local area, and one mid-week cleaning.
Additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee.
Air conditioning is metered separately and charged back to guests, to discourage use of the air conditioning when the doors and windows are open.
Rates are based on a maximum of 10 guests. Additional guests can be accomodated at $125 per person per week, up to a maximum of 13 total guests. This fee covers additional utilities and cleaning associated with extra guests.
Until confirmed with a signed booking contract, rates are subject to change without notice. - Our villa normally rents Saturday to Saturday, but we are open to considering different arrival dates and lengths of stay. Always feel free to ask.
In 2012, we are also open to renting our villa in a 3-bedroom configuration from May to August at $6,000/week, and from September to October at $5,000/week. The 3 bedroom configuration include 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds (which can be made up as a king).
As Sapphire Sunsets is a new villa, our pricing this year reflects a discount we are offereing guests as an incentive to try out our villa. We can also be flexible on dates and length of stay required. Please ask!
