- A € 1000 security deposit is required when checking in and will be refunded at most one month after the end of the stay.
A 30% down payment is asked when booking and balance has to be cancelled at most 15 days prior to the beginning of the rental during mid and low season. During peak season, the balance has to be paid at most 1 month prior to the beginning of the rental.
A stay from Sunday to Sunday can be arranged.
A final cleaning service fee is available.
The quliaty of the fittings and facilities we offer has been awarded with 4 stars and 4 'clés' by 'clévacances'.
Upon arrival, each guest will receive, as they choose, a free ticket to visit Eric Tabarly sailing centre, submarine base or the Zoo.
We also give a pot of home made marmalade, a bottle of wine to welcome our guests, a bag of coffee, a Breton sweet as well as the game of 'Discovering Lorient countryside'.
At your disposal : salt and a large selection of spices.- Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
