Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Reservation Deposit 30% of posted Rate Required at Time of Booking via wire transfer. CC or PayPal option is available with SURCHARGE

SECURITY DEPOSIT
$1000.00 US currency is required in cash upon arrival. Refunded at check out after property inspection. Charges for very stained linens and towels shall apply at the cost of $30USD per towel and $200USD for sheets.
SMART MANAGEMENT MEXICO CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation before 31 days deposit refunded less Admin fee. 30 days or less forfeit 30% deposit.
