Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

9% NH rental tax applies and will be added to the cost of the rent.
$100 cleaning fee includes the cost of laundering all sheets/towels.
At time of booking, the $250 security deposit is due along with half of the balance of the rent. The remainder of the rent is due within 14 days of your stay.
I am aware that issues may come up that keep you from following through with your vacation plans and that you may have to cancel. Cancellations occurring 30 days before reservations will have no penalty. Cancellations or a shortened stay may incur a penalty but I am happy to work with you. If I can rent out your dates or partially rent them out you will be refunded accordingly.

There is also another full bathroom downstairs as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
