Holidays (3 day minimum— $975; seasonal rates available upon request.
Three day minimums: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years— $1050
Mid-week (2 night minimum): Peak: $550 Off/Peak: $500
Weekly rentals: Peak: $1400. Off/Peak: $1200
Monthly: Peak: $4800 Off/Peak: $3800.
Security/Damage deposit 30% ($250 minimum) (40% with pet or children).
Full payment required at to hold and confirm rental
$100 cash cleaning fee to be left at house when departing.
Full refund—cancellation received 30 days prior to rental start.
50% refund—cancellation received within 15-30 days of rental start.
Forfeit deposit—cancellation received within 15 days of rental start.
