Rapid City House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Reservations are confirmed with receipt of $500 refundable damage deposit. Full rental payments are due 60 days in advance of an arrival date. Rentals cancelled within 120 days or more before arrival dates receive 100% return. Cancellations between 120-60 days receive damage deposit less $100. Cancellations within 60 days of an arrival date receive damage deposit return. Rentals can be rescduled within a 12 month period following the original rental date, at no extra cost other than a new refundable damage deposit. Property owner does have the option to refund all deposits and payments for cancelations made within 60 days of arrival without obligation of future rental.
- Renters must sign a Holdharmless agreement prior to arrival.
