Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rates published may be subject to change. Please call and verify. Holidays and Special Events such as Sandfest may have different rates. Cleaning fees are deducted from the $500 deposit paid by guest prior to renting the property. The remainder of the deposit willbe returned upon inspection of the property after guest departure providing there is no damage other than normal wear and tear. Monthly rate includes up to $100 of electricity. The rest is responsibility of owner and will be deducted from deposit.
- ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES ARE SMOKE FREE. ANYONE CAUGHT SMOKING IS SUBJECT TO A FINE AND MUST LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. NO DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT THIS PROPERTY.
