A 60 Euro deposit is required to reserve the apartment. This is payable by PAYPAL or bank transfer. It is refundable if cancellation is made one week prior to arrival .The balance is payable in cash or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 3%. There are no additional charges and all linen and towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE this is a rental DIRECTLY through OWNER, a native-English speaker from London based in Prague. We are NOT an AGENCY and so you can enjoy better quality accommodation for a lower price. Taxi transfer fan be organised from the airport at a cost of 20 Euros. Stays of less than 3 nights are at the owners discretion.
