There is no security deposit is required but there is a 60 Euro deposit to reserve the apartment. This is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. The balance is payable in cash or by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge of 3%. PLEASE NOTE this is a rental DIRECTLY through OWNER, a native-English speaker from London based in Prague. We are NOT an AGENCY and so you can enjoy better quality accommodation for a lower price. Taxi transfer fan be organised from the airport at a cost of 20 Euros. Stays of less than 3 nights are at the owners decision.

- There are two sofa beds in the apartment. In the living room there is a sofa bed. This can seat 2 and can also sleep 2. There is a larger sofa bed in the bedroom. This can seat 3 and can also sleep 2 guests. With two sofa beds our guests can enjoy more flexibility in terms of their sleeping arrangements. We can sleep, for example, 2 guests in the living room and two in the bedroom or 3 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room, or 4 in the bedroom. Two single guests can also sleep in the same bedroom, but in different beds or one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There can also be a maximum of 6 guests in the apartment. For your safety the apartment is equipped with a fire alarm. We also have a cot.
