- Payment: 40% on account at booking by postal or bank transfer; settlement cash on arrival or by transfer two weeks before arrival. We have not Credit Card.
- Bookings will be held for 48 hours and will only be confirmed via e-mail or fax after receiving the instalment payment.
Security deposit: € 150,00 deposit cash on arrival, it will be returned at check out less the cost of any breakages or damages.
CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation the down payment ( but less € 50,00 )will be refunded
only if notification is received by fax or e-mail 30 days prior the start of the holiday.
*In case of serious unexpected event, I Re Fenean reserves the possibility to substitute the reserved house with an offer of equal value. - - Price includes: lighting, water, gas, heating, parking, swimming pool, bed linen, internet access.
- The flat is rented out to the number of people agreed on, extra guests need to be communicated to the reception before arrival and an additional payment will be charged.
- Cleaning: at the end of the rental period the Tenant should leave the property in similar condition to that in which it was found. We don't make cleaning on rental period. Weekly change of bed linen & towels.
- Please do not smoke inside the apartments. - Please consider that we have 6 flats available for our guests and that is difficult for us up to date all our advertise, so please contact us to check the availability. Thanks
