- * We use the 'Property Damage Protection' policy - this fee is charged instead of charging a Damage Deposit. The fee for this $ 39.00 for your stay. This way you don't have the additional cost and hassel of a damage deposit.
* Cleaning fee is non refundable.
* * 50 percent of the rental money is due at the time of booking, the remainder of the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.
* This a is a Non Smoking and Pet Free home. If cigarette smoke is detected, there is a charge of $300.00 for cleaning, so please don't smoke, our family has severe allergies to smoke.
