Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150-$225/nt - $850-$1650/wk
- off-season April 1 before Memoial Day and Oct 1- Dec.19 except Thanksgivng and Christmas weeks 850/week or 150/nt.;
Mid-season Jan 2-March 31 & after Labor Day-Sept 30 200/nt or 1250/wk;
High-Season Memoial Day Weekend through Labor-Day weekend,Thanksgiving & Christmas weeks 1650/wk & 225/nt. For stays less than 5 nights;
a $100 cleaning charge applies. We also require a $200 refundable security deposit. A 6.4 % Colorado sales tax will be added to the base rent.;
A service charge of 3% will be added to credit card users. Call for details. - available year round
