Isla Mujeres Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $1500.00 weekly.
- Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
50% of the amount quoted shall be transferred in advance as a reservation, into the bank account to be indicated. The remaining 50% shall be paid before checking in.
Security deposit 300$ (damage).
Should the stay be longer than a month, the client would be responsible for the power. - •Referrals = Free Nights!!
Any guests who refer their friends or family members to stay a minimum 5 nights with us, will receive a complimentary night stay, redeemable their next visit to La Amada. Not applicable during peak seasons.
•Cleaning, catering, tours, etc are all available at a cost.
For an extra charge the manager can offer transportation service to the airport, as well as tourist car or yacht tours. The cost for his extra services should be agreed directly with the him.
