  For a limited time, we are waiving the cleaning fee and the security deposit fee. We are offering the following flat rates.
  
  $150 per night with a two night minimum (Sunday - Thursday)*;
  $350 for the weekend (Friday - Sunday)*
  $750 for the week*
  
  Best rates in all of New Hampshire. Book your vacation now while there are still many dates available from Now through the summer. Take advantage of these rates to book for the fall and winter now too.
  
  *Holiday Rates for December 19 through January 1 and from February 13 through February 26 are as follows:
  
  $250 per night
  $1250 per week
  $1000 for 5 nights - Check In Sunday - Check Out Friday
  
  No security deposit required. Only a $49 non-refundable damage insurance fee required at time of booking.
• *Check in after 4:00pm - Check out 10:00am. To ensure all guests enjoy their vacation and that the condo is clean and neat for the next guest this policy is strictly enforced.
  
  *No-Smoking - No pets allowed
  
  *A reservation deposit is required from all guests in advance to confirm each reservation. In the event of cancellation, less than 30 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refunded.
  
  *Balances are due payable within 30 days of your arrival date in the form of check, e-check or Master Card or Visa credit cards.
  
  *Guests are expected to treat their accommodations with care and respect and leave their units in a neat and orderly condition.
  
  * Use of the Community Recreation Center is included in the rental rate. The number of passes issued will be four per home. Additional passes are available at the Community Center for $10 per person per day.
