Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

MINIMUM STAYS: 2 nights year round; 3 nights holiday and event wknds year round;
1 Nove-15 June: $200 for 2 persons, $30 each additional person (inc. kids);
16 June-31 Octo: $200 for 2 persons, $40 eac additional person (inc. kids);
15% discount for stays of 7 or more nights year round, inc. holidays.;
50% deposit required at reservation acceptance; balance before arrival.;
Refundable security/cleaning deposit of UP TO $500 paid by check MAY be required.;
Commission on stays of more than 7 nights may be payable to selected non-profits;
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $50 non-refundable cleaning deposit.;
VI,MC,DS,JCB - Dates Available: Year round.

- Each of the bedrooms is decorated distinctively - the large king bedroom reflects the owners' travels to Bali and affection for Asian arts (it also offers a 32' flatscreen TV); the small queen bedroom is very European romantic with an antique crystal chandelier and interesting and appropriate art; the twin bedroom has a resort/beach theme with bright yellows and blues and a huge window (it's also a terrific quiet reading room). All the bedrooms are furnished with high quality linens and good lighting.
