Notes: Half of the garage is reserved for owner's jet ski's and trailer. There is a community ramp to launch your boat and put it in the slip. Pets considered based upon history and reasonable depost required. Brochures and activity guides will be updated as new ones become available. No smoking inside the house. All smoking must be outside the house on the back porch and all trash picked up. The property is on a septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. No chemical,oils,shells,coffee grounds, peels etc down drains There is no housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the property, please clean as you would your own home. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
