Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

To reserve the unit:
Once you tell me you DO want to rent, I will email the rental agreement to you. A $150 pre-payment of rent and the signed rental agreement would be mailed back to us to hold the reservation.
(I will block out the dates once an email is received to reserve the unit. I will hold the dates for 14 days, if no deposit is received in those 14 days, the dates are made available again)
Your 'Balance' would be made 15 days prior to your arrival date. When received we will send you your entry code to the unit. (No keys needed)
Check in on your arrival date is 3pm or later- Check out by 10am on your departure date. - Additional rental information:
* $150 deposit is a Pre-Payment of Total Rent
* To pay with credit card the charge is an additional 3%
* Departure cleaning fee is $85.00
* Alabama lodging tax is 11%
* Adults and families only
* You must be the age of 25 or older to rent.
* Maximum occupancy is six (6).
* This is a no smoking unit
