Nuevo Vallarta Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Additional information about rental rates;
50% of total rental fee and $500.00 refundable security deposit is required within 5 days of the reservation confirmation. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival date.;
Exception: During Christmas, New Years and Easter balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.;
If reservation is less then 45 days from the booking date full payment is due within 5 days of confirmation. ;
A reservation confirmation will be sent via email containing all deposit information.;
We accept most major credit cards through PayPal.; - Reservations must be canceled within 30 days of arrival or you will forfeit full rental charges.;
Security deposit will be refunded.;
There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather related situations, mechanical failure, earthquake, golf conditions etc.;
