- Regular season rents for $500 a night plus 8% sales tax and $300 cleaning fee. We require a $1,000 refundable security deposit to secure reservation with balance due 30 days prior to check-in. We do not accept credit cards. Holiday / High season are up to $750 a night plus 8% sales tax and $300 cleaning fee. October, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays are considered high season.
