The Full Hall bathrm, accommodates the 4 sleeping in the 2 private bedrms off the hall, has a 5' walk in shower, TV. The 2 bunk bedrms, adjacent to each other (sleeps 9), have a private full bath with lg 6' soaker tub & shower combo, plus a TV. The Master Bedrm, (sleeps 2), has a lg full bath with separate soaker tub & 5' separate walk in shower, double vanity & lg flat screen TV. The Master Bath, with an entrance off the Master Bedroom, comes with an extra feature of a 2nd entrance off the laundry room; with 20+ people, those in the master may wish to share. Rear porch has toilet closet for the convenance of those using the hot tub, swimming pool, rear deck area, etc. Each of the full baths comes with 1 plush set (bath, hand & wash) towels for each sleeping in that area. Plus we've left 20+ towels specifically for use in the Hot Tub or Swimming Pool in the Laundry Room.

The loft is approximately 14 x 30, with a full bath; 2 other queen beds each have their own room and are located off the main hallway across from a full bathroom; Double Bed: Double/Full Bed - each of our Bunk Beds has an upper and lower Full Bed; not the standard twin size bed. One room has a 2 Full Beds (upper and lower on the bunk bed); and an adjacent bedroom has two of these Full Bunk beds, for a total of 4 Full beds in that one room (total for house 3 Full Bunk beds - or 6 Full beds). While 2 can sleep on the bottom bunk, one 1 person in each of the top bunks

Dock for boat or fishing, at end of concrete path beach/shallow area for wadding into river, large deck surrounds above ground pool for easy entrance. Elevated house offers plenty of covered parking. While in the city limits, the house is in a rural area and offers much privacy. Perfect for a family reunion, if interested inquire about having your wedding & / or reception here.
