Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1,250 to $2,150
- Cleaning Fee: $150 (included in your quoted price)
Low Season $1,250 for 7 nights. Mid Season $1,550 for 7 nights. High Season $2,150 for 7 nights. We follow the same seasonal calendar of all major rental companies on St. George Island for reference
9% florida renters tax
Contact us about monthly rentals, or repeat renter discounts. Discounts will be given for longer stays. We prefer to rent full weeks, shorter stays will have a higher min fee to be profitable for rental/cleaning cost. - We require 50% of the total amount including taxes to officially reserve this home. The other half is due before or on the day of check in. Our preferred method of payment is check by mail, we also accept all major credit cards.
