- Our amazing estate also can also accommodate up to two horses! For only $400/week (or portion thereof) for the first horse and $100 for the second we will provide two indoor stalls with ceiling fans and separate lighting, a three acre pasture with two separate paddocks, and 1 tack stall for storage. Also included is organic second cut hay from our own farm in Vermont. The beautiful and extensive trails of the National Seashore Park are only 1/4 mile away at the end of Hatch Rd. The horse owner will be responsible for mucking his or her own stalls on departure.

Bedroom # 2 is a 1000 sq ft second Master Suite with two queens, a private bath with a jetted tub/shower combo and also a 1/2 bath. Bedrooms # 3 & #4 Have one queen each and share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom # 5 is a 1000 Sq ft third suite with a queen bed and private bath with a custom 4'x4' walk-in shower and sitting area w/tv The above bedrooms are available for one low rate and will sleep up to 12. Add the following two bedrooms and full bath on the lower level adjacent to the game room with large windows overlooking the pond for an extra fee. See the rates for more details. Bedroom #6 has two twins and shares a full bath with Bedroom #7 which has four twins. These two bedrooms are ideal for the kids!
