Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $50 Reservation Fee
$49 Property Damage Insurance
Plus 14.42% Hawaii State Lodging Tax
2.9% Credit Card Fee if you choose to use credit

NO Smoking on the property! That includes the lanais and yard!
Max occupancy is 8 people.
During high season week long stays begin on Saturday and end on Saturday.
Arrival/Departure cleaning fees included.
Two night rental deposit toward total amount payable to owner at reservation time.
Final balance due 60 days before checkin date.
Cancellation Policy: There will be a cancellation fee of $100 for cancellations with more than 90 days notice, cancellation fee of entire deposit for 60-90 days notice, and partial refund of total reservation amount only if we're able to rebook. We suggest Travel Insurance!
