Key Largo House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- credit card accepted (transaction fee of 2.5% rental to homeaway)
- Monthly rental 3200/month, plus $150 cleaning fee (nonrefundable) and $1000 refundable damage deposit
20% deposit to hold booking, refundable up to 30 days before start of rental period
$750 damage/security deposit due 15 days prior to rental period for weekly rentals. Refundable within 10 days upon inspection of the property.
Utilities included up to $200 on monthly rental.
The primary renter must be 30 years old or older. House accommodates 6 adults or 4 adults with 4 children under 12. No exceptions .
Renter understands owners boat may be on the lift and the lift is not available for use unless agreed upon with owner and 1000 refundable damage deposit required for lift use.
Check in is at 3pm, check out 10am (flexible on this if no incoming renter) - Forms of payment accepted: check, paypal, echeck and credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover accepted (charge of 2.5% for credit card to home away)
