If the booking is made inside this time then the entire amount is due. We request a fully refundable (in the event of no damage) security deposit of £150 when the final payment is made. For short duration bookings of over one week the bedding is changed on a weekly basis.
  • Rental periods are from 16:00 on the starting day to 10:00 on the final day.
  • The property is also available for medium term lettings at negotiable Rate.

Please advise us in advance if you need the use of this as a bed so we have bedding ready for you when you arrive.

Good access to see the area.: Dundonald is well positioned on the South East edge of Belfast with easy access to either the south with the many attractions and historical sites of County Down. Around County Down are many opportunities for walks and mountain hikes or you can see the many sandy beaches around the county Down Coast. Alternatively you can travel by car, taxis or bus to the city centre to visit shops, and the many attractions there. You also have access to a good road network to the west and the north of Northern Ireland if you want to visit Giants Causeway, the famous Antrim Coast road, Carrick-a-Reed Rope Bridge, White park bay, Ballycastle, Bushmills Distillery, the famous glens of Antrim and the may other attractions to the North of County Antrim.
