- The weekly/night rate includes the use of the villa, utilities, all it's amenities, and the villa staff, including their usual duties. These rates are for these items, including the two (2) primary guests. Additional guests would be at $10.00 per person, per night, excluding children. Children under 18 years of age are free if staying at the villa with their parents or grandparents. For example: A family of 4 traveling with their children under 18, would pay the stated weekly or nightly rate for the season selected. However, a group of 6 adults traveling together would pay the stated weekly or nightly rate for the season selected (which includes the two primary renters), plus a payment of $10 per person, per night for the other 4 renters (or a total of $40.00 per night added to the standard weekly or nightly rate). If you have any questions as to the amount, email me with the dates desired and the total number of people in the group (excluding children under 18 years of age).
- A WEEK RENTAL IS DEFINED AS 7 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS, 2 WEEKS RENTAL IS DEFINED AS 14 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS.
THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OVERNIGHT GUESTS IS LIMITED TO 6 unless prior written permission is obtained.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to ensure rates and availability. Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival or reservation will be canceled and deposit shall be non-refundable. Cancellation charges are 10% of the total rental period rate if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival, 50% if cancellation is made between 60-89 days prior to arrival and there is no refund if cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival.
Government Service Charges and Taxes are included.
From December 17th through January 13th, the minimum stay is 1 week.

- The bathrooms have solid wood cabinets and drawers. The Master Bath has a glass block walk-in shower while the other baths have a tub and shower combination. The counter top in the Master Bath has two sinks with a granite top. There is plenty of storage in the cabinets in the Master Bath. The Guest Baths have a single sink with a granite top.

- All bedrooms have ceiling fans, A/C, and bathrooms. The master bedroom bath also serves as the bathroom for the main living area on the top floor. The two bedrooms on the lower level have queen beds and a single bed in the same room. If you do not wish to use the two single beds, the maximum number of guest would be 6 - (8 Guest possible if Children are on guest list and the children use the two single beds located in each of the two downstairs bedrooms - 3 guest are possible in each of these rooms if CHILDREN ARE IN BEDROOM WITH PARENTS thereby increasing the number of guest in the party to 8). Closet space is available in all of the bedrooms for hanging clothes as well as a dresser in each bedroom. A night stand with a lamp is in every bedroom.

Notes:
Advance notice required at time of final booking should babysitter, chef or cook be requested. The daily maid service is week days only, and for approximately 3 to 4 hours per day. This includes light cleaning and laundry services. Additional cleaning, services or more hours would require agreement directly with Nelly (Jose can help with this if needed).
Occasionally, electricity will be shut off or rotated by the power company. This may happen once every other week or so. The house is equipped with an inverter to assist should power be lost. The inverter will supply sufficient power for appliances, excluding dishwasher and microwave. The A/C units will not run when power is lost but start up automatically when restored. The inverter should supply power for 12 to 24 hours depending on the amount of electricity being used. We have never had a problem whereby the power from the inverter was depleted prior to power being restored.
