- The 7th night is always FREE! All rates are subject to a refundable damage deposit of $400 due at the time the reservation is booked. Lodging tax of 8.5% and a cleaning fee of $150 are added to all reservations. Payments are due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by personal check, money order, Cashier's check, travelers checks or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a small processing fee. If there is no damage to the home, or the contents of the home, the refund of the $400 refundable damage deposit will be mailed to you with 21 days of your departure date. There is no refund for early departure. We do not allow high school or college groups. You must be 25 years of age to book a reservation. We encourage families to purchase trip insurance, as there are no refunds within 45 days of your arrival. Rates are subject to change prior to confirmation of your reservation. No weddings allowed.
