Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Bed linens and bath towel service is included in weekly rental rate. Please provide your own beach towels.
For stays shorter than one week, please provide your own bath linens and towels.
Pets will be considered. If approved, pet fee (to be determined) will apply. Please inquire.
Rentals subject to minimum age requirement. We do not rent to student groups.
Maximum occupancy is 12. - One half of rental rate is due upon signing of the Rental Agreement. All Payments must be Made prior to 30 Days Of Move-In.
Any rents collected within 30 days of check-in are subject to a $100 late fee.
The damage/security deposit is $300 dollars. The damage/security deposit will be returned promptly within 14 days after the end of the rental.
Cancellation:
If the renter cancels 30 days or more in advance of check-in day, there is a $200 cancellation fee. We will do our best to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented there will be no additional fees due and your deposits will be refunded by the first day of your canceled rental period less the $200 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the property you will forfit your entire deposit.
If the renter cancels 30 days or less all deposits are forfeited.
