$175/night (2-4 persons)high season (April- Sept) additional $15 per extra person;
$200 security deposit, refundable. Pet fee $10 per night;
2 night min stay on weekends. 4 night min. Xmas, Thanksgiving and HSU graduation;

Quiet family neighborhood. Renters under 25 must be accompanied by an adult;
