This is a new (2010) Queen sleeper sofa - the new style with a sling to hold the mattress rather than the old-fashioned style with metal bars that dig into your back! A mattress topper is provided as well. Two twin beds upstairs bedroom. New mattresses and box springs, bedding, 2011. Original Lake Placid Club iron bed frames. Adorable. The master bedroom and the TV/sleeper sofa room have screened porches.
