Savannah House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $900/week; $150-$160/night
- Jan - Dec: $900 weekly, $150-$160/night, $2,900 monthly
3-night minimum stay.
Extra $10 per person, per night for each additional person over party of 4.
St. Patrick's Day Weekend rate is $400/night; 4-night minimum
Weekly guest weeks check in at 3pm or after; check out at 10am or before.
2-night guest stays will be considered and will be used for fill-in's.
***CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED**** - $300 Refundable Security Deposit returned after check-out.
Higher security deposit may be requested for large guest parties, canine guests, or St. Patrick's Day.
