Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $200 to $300 Per Nightly
- We do not have any hidden fees, such as booking, payment fees like credti card or paypal or extra person fees etc we charge the rate below plus cleaning fee.
September and October Promotion save $25.00 per night for 3 nights or more!

The only other fees cleaning fee of $200.00.

There is also a security deposit is an authorization for your damages on your credit or debit card we accept Master Card, Visa and Discover for this process. Just like renting a car it is not charged unless there damage or missing items.
We also offer you rental insurance to cover you if you choice this option you will be e-mailed a link to purchase the policy please inquiry for more details.

All rates are subject to change with seasons please contact me for the current r - Rates are for 8 persons10 max ,one family. 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation this can be paid through on line with Pay pal or contact me for additional arrangements. The deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE up to 30 days prior to your arrival. After that time it become NON-Refundable. The balance of your stay amount is due ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.. Please call for any quesitons you may have on rates.
No pets are allowed( expect Assited Animial) with proof of certification. No smoking in the home smoking is allowed outside the home in the back yard area. Credit Cards only upon arrival you must have a credit card not a debit card and a current drivers licenses upon arrival. This will be used for your security deposit. CCR'S require quite time no noise after 10:00 PM.
